Weil (Rick), chairman and executive president of Terracult International GmbH, visited our office in Chencun flower world discussingon a deep and long-term future cooperation with Yulin group。It is our second meetingsince we started our cooperation six months ago.
一杯咖啡，一块三明治，一根香蕉的午餐，福田落地窗前现代简约的会议室里，他目光敏锐、精神矍铄、平易风趣，这是我们第一次见到老Rick的场景和印象。A cup of coffee, a piece of sandwich, and a banana served as his lunch, in front of a french window in the modern but simple conference roomin Futian, he was talking jovially with his eyessharp and glittery, his spirit hale and hearty, and his words comforting andhumorous. This is the very first scene and impression we saw Rick.
说他老，因为他已经82岁了，可他说自己仍像一只年轻的“老虎”。他在中国的传统生肖属相，也是属虎。
He is 82 years old already, but he still calls himself a young "tiger". His traditional Chinese zodiac is also a tiger.
这一次见到他，他依旧风尘仆仆，依旧精神焕发，他的敬业精神和创业精神依旧让我们感动。
This time our second meeting, he was still in a rush, but still full of energy.His professionalism and entrepreneurship are still affecting and inspiring.
Rick先生是出生在巴西的犹太人，14岁开始便在外工作，照顾支持家庭，如今在全球有从事多个领域行业的14家公司，定居在香港，长期在世界各国之间来回工作，他最喜欢来中国，因为中国人勤奋努力，一直在用心高效做事。Born in Brazil, Mr. Rick has been working hard since he was 14 years old to support his family. By now, he owns 14 companies engaged in various industries around the world. He has settled down in Hong Kong for decades, though has to fly back and forth between countries a lot. He likes China most because the Chinese are diligent and responsible with high efficiency.

At the beginning of 2017, it was acquired by Aquarius group, which belongs to Mr. Rick. Now it is becoming a mature technology company engaged in research, production, sales and service of growingsubstrate; customization and implementation of modern agriculture overall solutions; evaluation and investment of high-tech industries. Its partners in the Baltic States, northern Europe and Belarus have more than 20000 hectares of peat. Terracult has an independent R &D team for formulated peat substrate and cooperates with a number of high-end laboratories in Germany, which assure its ability of developingformulated peat substrate for different climates, planting environments and crop varieties. With mature application experience, it has established a good reputation in more than 50 countries and regionsand is famous for its technology, quality and service.
近3年来，Terracult一直在探索中国和亚洲市场的进入方式和销售渠道，寻找契合的合作伙伴，用Rick的话说，我们需要精于专业、有长远规划和持续发展动力的合作模式和合作伙伴，而不仅仅只是谋求眼前一时短暂利益，而急切地采用最简单、粗暴和落后的商业方式进入一个市场，这是不明智、不可取的。In the past three years, Terracult has been exploring the access and sales channels into China and other Asia markets, and looking for suitable partners. In Rick's words, “we need professional cooperation modes and partners with long-term planning and sustainable driving force for development, rather than just seeking immediate and short-term interests, and urgently adopting the simple, rough and backward business methods, it is unwise and undesirable to enter a market in this way.”

源于一种缘分和契合，从第一次团队接触到如今的6个月时间里，我们经历了从认识、沟通、讨论、启动，彼此双方持续增进相互了解；第一批订单，3个月的采购周期，每周3种包装规格，18种产品型号的持续排货；投放市场，包装、容量、实际应用的适应性测试；再逐步产品定型。我们用严苛的专业标准、踏实耐心的节奏和坚定的信念，迈出了产品推广和完善的第一步，也是未来合作的一小步。Originated from a kind of chance and coincidence, from the firstcontact six months ago till today, we have experienced from knowing, communicating, discussing, and cooperating with continuously improving mutual understanding.The firstorder, three months of purchasing cycle, three packaging specifications per week, continuous delivery of 18 product models; Launch the products to market to gather feedback of packaging, volume, and practical application of adaptability test; Then gradually finalize the product types. We have taken the first step of product promotion and improvement, which is also a small step of future cooperation, with strict professional standards, down-to-earth and patient pace and firm belief.
这次见面，在一天的时间里，我们沟通了接下来的合作方向和细节，2020年产品开发和完善的计划、产品推广计划、销售目标，涉及市场布局、业务细分、人员投入、费用预算等。面对今天中国农业资材的市场环境和发展，只有更深度、长期的合作和互信，我们才会有共同的未来。During this meeting in one day, we communicated the future cooperation direction and details, product development and improvement plans, product promotion plans and sales target for 2020, involving market layout, business segmentation, personnel input, cost budget, etc. Facing the market environment and development of agriculture materials in China today, we will have a common future only through a deeper and long-term cooperation and mutual trust.
未来Terracult将为雨林在基质产品技术研发、基质原料布局和市场资源整合上提供有力支撑，雨林也将成为Terracult在中国最有力和全面的合作伙伴。In the future, Terracult will provide strong support for Yulin in substrate product technology research and development, substrate raw material layout and market resources integration, and Yulin will become the most powerful and comprehensive partner of Terracult in China.
吃在顺德，工作商谈之余，我们团队同Rick先生品尝了陈村周边的特色美食，一同走访了花卉世界园区，全美蝴蝶兰生产企业和侬达温室资材公司，短暂而充实，希望Rick先生不虚此行。Fine food in Shunde, our team and Mr. Rick enjoyed the typical food around Chencun together, and visited around the Flower World Park, orchids production enterprises and Nongda greenhouse material company together, which werein a hurry but substantial. Hopefully Mr. Rick enjoys the day.
